New Patient
- During your first visit to our office, we perform a complete exam, full mouth x-ray, and pano
- This helps us determine if you have any dental conditions requiring immediate attention and tailor the best treatment plan for you.
- Value is $378. You will pay only $100 plus your plan.
Adult Prophylaxis
- Dental prophylaxis helps you maintain your oral health, minimize any risks of tooth decay or periodontal disease risks, and detect any signs of oral condition.
- Adult prophylaxis includes 2 cleanings, x-rays, 2 fluoride treatments, and complete exams.
- The value is $615. You pay only $520.
Adult Perio Maintenance
- Some adults may suffer from tartar and plaque accumulating on their teeth, which puts them at risk of developing periodontal diseases. Regular periodontal therapy helps maintain good periodontal health by removing all calculus and plaque.
- Adult Perio Maintenance includes 3 to 4 cleanings, x-rays, 2 fluoride treatments, and two exams.
- The value is $1153. You pay only $1000.
Children Under 14 Years of Age
- We prioritize your child’s dental health. By ensuring proper oral care, we reduce the chances of tooth decay or gum diseases, prevent early tooth loss, and promote effective chewing.
- Child Prophylaxis includes 2 cleanings, 2 exams, 2 fluoride treatments, and x-rays.
- The value is $517. You pay $475.
Can I Include More Family Members On My Dental Membership Discount Plan?
Yes, we’re committed to providing quality dental care to all family members at an affordable rate.
Each additional family member is $400.
Each additional child member is $300.

Program Guidelines
This program is a discount plan, not a dental insurance plan. So, it cannot be used:
- In conjunction with another dental plan
- For referrals to specialists
- For hospitalization or hospital charges of any kind
- In combination with any other offers or special offers
- Non-refundable
- Patients portion of payment is due the day of service
No premium refunds will be issued at any time if the participant decides not to utilize the dental plan.
